- What kind of mobile phone can I run the iTradeMobile platform on?
Our mobile trading platform is web based which means it generally works on any mobile phone that has a web browser and

- I just got a new FXCM Account Number. Where can I update my iTradeMobile Account Profile?
- Click on the Manage Your Account link
- Enter your Email Address and Access Code
- Enter your new FXCM account number into one of the three Account Number slots
- Make sure the Account Type (Live/Demo) and Account Size (Micro/Mini/Standard) are set properly
- Click Save to apply changes and it will redirect you back to the main page
- I got the ORA-12029 error code when I try to login, what does it mean?
ORA-12029 means the FXCM trading server is unavailable. You usually see this error code when you try to log in over the
weekend, or when the market is closed. If that is the case, please wait until the market re-opens before you attempt to login again.
If you see this error code but you know the market is opened, it may mean there is an outage. Please try the following alternatives:
- Check FXCM Servers Status to determine if there is an outage
- Access iTradeMobile Back Up server at https://www.iTradeMobile.net/a
- Access using your computer with FXCM Trading Station II
- Email iTradeMobile Technical Support at support@iTradeMobile.com

iTradeMobile is a web based trading platform, you may access it from any phone, there is no need to download or

- How do I obtain technical support?
iTradeMobile currently offers technical support through emails only. Our online self help system should be able to answer

- How do I cancel my subscription?
