We currently support Forex accounts with Forex Capital Markets (FXCM USA), FXCM Asia, FXCM Australia, FXCM France, FXCM U.K., and MF Global Canada. If you have an account with any of these brokerages, you can use our platform to trade wirelessly.

What We Are Not

iTradeMobile is NOT a replacement to your existing trading platform. During your normal trading sessions, you should stay with your regular trading platform.

What We Are

iTradeMobile is a complement/supplment to your existing trading platform. When you are away from your regular trading platform and you want a way to trade or quickly access your accounts, we give you a portal to trade wirelessly, anywhere and everywhere.

What We Support

iTradeMobile allows you to access your FXCM Micro (1k), Mini (10k), or Standard (100k). We can capable to connect to both the Real and Demo accounts.

What We Do Not Support

iTradeMobile currently connects to regular FXCM acounts only. Our platform cannot connect to FXCM MetaTrader 4 (MT4) accounts, nor Active Trader accounts.

Subscription Process

When you click on the "Subscribe" button, you will first be taken to the PayPal site for entering the payment. PayPal is a widely-known payment processing agent and you can assure that your valuable information is being handled by a trusted source. Once you finish the payment processing at PayPal, you will be taken back to our website to finish the enrollment process. At that time, you will be given the opportunity to enter your personal information, choose a password, as well as enter at most three (3) of your trading accounts to enable wireless access. You also need to accept our agreement before proceeding.

Is iTradeMobile Secured

iTradeMobile tries its best to secure the communication by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection. All communication between your device to our server is encrypted by a SSL certificate. When you see a little padlock on the address bar, you know you are protected!

Get Started

In order to test out various functions and learn each commands, we suggest all new subscribers to obtain a demo trading account from your broker. Use that for several days, try to click all the buttons; and only trade with your real account after you understand the operation and have confidence.

iTradeMobile offers a 30-day money-back guarantee to all first time subscribers. Any qualified subscriber who wish to obtain a refund may do so by sending a request electronically to support@itrademobile.com. This guarantee is only valid when the subscription has been canceled and a request be made within 30 days of the initial subscription date. Once over the 30 days period, this guarantee will be automatically voided.

Termination

Subscribers may cancel/terminate the subscription at any time. This can be done online through PayPal, simply log into your PayPal account to cancel any active subscription. The cancellation will take effect immediately, and any remaining balance will be wasted. iTradeMobile cannot control when subscribers trigger the cancellation command so if subscribers do not want to waste any portion of their subscription amount, please time accordingly and cancel just before the next payment.
