Cancelling your iTradeMobile Subscription

Cancelling your iTradeMobile subscription is relatively easy and painless. In fact, you do not even need to notify us! We use PayPal as the subscription model so that you can assure you have total control over your subscription at all times, and you may cancel it anytime you want.

Of course, if it is a technical issue, please try to contact our Support first and in most cases we can address your concerns so you may continue enjoying our service.

If you end up deciding you still want to cancel, just follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your PayPal account

Use your web browser to navigate to www.PayPal.com. Type in your PayPal email address and password to access your account information.

2. Locate the iTradeMobile Subscription

Under "My Account" tab, click on "History". Depending on when you start your subscription, either use "With" or enter a "From" and "To" date to search for it. The subscription should have a type of "Subscription Creation" and a Name/Email of "Penetrade, LLC". Once you locate the subscription, click "Details" link.

3. View Details of Subscription

In the Details screen, you can see the subscription details. Once you confirm this is the one you want to cancel, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click "Cancel Subscription" button.

4. Confirm Cancellation of Subscription

Finally, PayPal will ask for confirmation so click "Cancel Subscription" one last time to execute the process. Once you cancel, PayPal will automatically notify us and our system will lock out your iTradeMobile account accordingly.

Trading foreign exchange on margin carries a high level of risk, and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to invest in foreign exchange you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with foreign exchange trading, and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.
